Amir Cohen is an independent art curator and consultant that showcases unique art initiations and projects reflecting a deep love of concept and genuine process. Amir has been immersed in the contemporary and modern fields for over 20 years, mentoring established and emerging artists. He is guided by a very distinct point of view that values authenticity — moreover, the inherent key concept of ‘the other’ is a core of his work.
Coupled with practical strategy, branding and design experience Amir initiate and curate an on-going video-art installation project, launched at the Venice Biennale — featuring dozens of artists and art students from around the world. For a decade he has contribute as co-curator and art director for a Venice Biennale collateral events project.
